ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering Degree
Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
Experience in Industrial Gas Industry-advantage
5 years’ experience in Large Industry management
5 Years’ experience in Operation Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong People Management - Manage teams remotely on all coastal plants
Strong Budget Management- OPEX & CAPEX
Control and Reduce all Technical Costs / Overheads
Close coordination with SIOC
Safety Management- Enforces safety culture
Food Safety Compliance - Assist the Food Safety Team Leader to ensure that the Food
safety management System is established and maintained
Reliability and Efficiency Management
Strong Technical knowledge (Either Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation)
Project management
Analytical Thinking
Manage the Maintenance System with Maintenance Manager (MAXIMO)
