We are a U.S.-based company seeking a Cold Calling Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team! Your primary responsibility will be to call attorneys in order to connect them with a recruiter. This will require you to work part-time hours in the evening that align with U.S. business hours (for example, 19:00 to 23:00 local time).
Responsibilities:
-Call high-level executives regarding job opportunities, with the intention of setting up appointments with a recruiter
-Place at least 100-200 calls per day (flexible targets based on your schedule)
-We provide the lists and scripts: you make the calls and report your results
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cold calling, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, recruiting, or other related fields
-Ability to build rapport with prospects
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Constant, consistent focus on both quantity and quality
-Your own computer, phone (or VOIP phone, like Google Voice), and high-speed internet connection
-Ability to use or learn Google Business and Microsoft Office products (Excel=Google Sheets, Word=Google Docs, Calendar, etc.)

This is a fully remote role so you must have a quiet workspace in order to make calls.
Pay is potentially negotiable, depending on (a) the hours that commit to work and (b) how much prior experience you have.
