Qualifications/Experience required:
• Full status Estate Agent (Completed NQF4) and licensed by the EAAB
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property/Commercial Broker
• Track record of successful sales
Our client is looking for qualified full status Commercial Brokers who will be responsible for selling property for our real estate business.

You will be tasked with growing our customer base within your area by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions and developing competitive market prices.

You will also be accountable for prioritising
listings and presenting offer to purchase to sellers.
Interfaces/Relationships:
• Sellers/Buyers/Tenants
• Internal stakeholders: Sales Realtors, Rental Realtors, Auction Brokers, Commercial Brokers, Management,
Marketing and Admin.

Job functions:
• Generate leads to sell and buy property
• Counsel clients on market conditions and pricing
• Develop competitive market price analyses by property comparisons
• Prepare and complete all required documentation pertaining to the sale or rental of the property
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Present offer to purchase to seller’s
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and seller’s
• Review final purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Prepare all admin related documentation such as ads, listings and action marketing requirements
• Maintain your real estate license and attend on going company training
• Liaise with photographers if applicable or take photo’ of the relevant properties for listing purpose’s
• Attendance of weekly/monthly meetings
• Weekly featuring of properties
• After sales service
• Updating of leads on the lead sheets generated by the Commercial interns
• Work effectively with your allocated Commercial intern to ensure their growth and assist with efficiencies

• Exclusive viewings
Required capabilities:
