COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Overview:
The commercial manager is responsible for teams working to win new business, to explore new avenues of activity and to seek out opportunities in order to help the company develop and grow. Provide technical support to the Technical Sales team. Ensure that the appropriate products are utilized to provide the most cost effective solution. The commercial manager’s main roles include the field work assessments, analyzing data, management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts and the role will be responsible for the management of a team who will investigate product performance in the field and give feedback to R&D division and liaise with the commercial team, and provide training on the developments

Duties:
• Management:
o Manage a team of Key Account Managers to investigate and achieve the results according to customers and partner’s requirements
o Implementing individual accountability and
o Continuous development of people.
• Market Surveillance:
o Implement environment monitoring, field performances and services techniques
o Investigate competition
o Contributes to implementation of corrective actions and manages actions for market interventions.
• Field Surveys:
o Organizes and synthesizes surveys to improve the quality of products and services and
o Minimize risks on new technologies and/or designs.
• Capture Performance:
o Organizes, analyzes and synthesizes field conditions of products and associated services, in order to improve the relevance and the value of the product and identify risks.
• Give Advice:
o Selects, organizes and provides Technical Support to Customers and teams,
o Promote and optimize the benefits that Products and Services bring to the Customer,
o Maximize technical added value and reduce risks.
• Claim Management:
o Monitors the Customer dissatisfactions in the spirit of Customer Centricity and
o Protection of the Company, and in compliance with Product Liability Processes.

Remuneration:
Salary – R55 k per month
Plus 13th cheque, Provident fund, Medical aid, Performance bonus
