Our client, who is an IT Services Provider in Bellville, has a new and challenging opportunity for a Commercial Order Manager (German speaking) to join the company’s Global Services Partnering Team within their Commercial & Delivery Assurance Division. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering Presales Support, Partner Management, and Commercial Management with key partners within the Managed and Professional Services businesses, across the Group companies. The role is highly varied and will operate across the Group to manage sales opportunities requiring partner outcomes, interfacing with a number of sales, service management and customer solution design teams.

Main Responsibilities

• To work with the Sales, Service Management and Solution Design teams to develop Partner Service outcomes, by developing partner relationships, commercial management of solution, contract and SoW management.
• To understand, develop, retain and grow a partner eco-system, which helps the sales and service management teams to win, renew and innovate on our customer commitments.
• To commercially manage the partner eco-system, that drives competitive advantage for the business and provides the customers with long term value. Developing frameworks, agreements and pricing strategies that keep the company relevant and competitive in the market.
• Responsible for obtaining and reviewing partner proposals / quotations, assessing cost models and proposing partner selection methods.
• Ensure quotations are processed within specific requested timelines and requirements.
• Manage invoice queries with partners
• Provide regular measurement and monitoring to ensure commercial and contractual risks are mitigated and managed.
• Drive the partner eco-system to deliver Continual Service Improvement, balancing costs and quality appropriate to the service and customer requirement.

Requirements
Excellent German speaking and reading
Experience of managing a partner, or partner eco-system for commercial and contractual purposes across an International business.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders to drive programmatic success
Experience of working in an international business with multiple service lines
Excellent commercial management skills, with proven track record
