This fast-growing and dynamic property management company offers an intermediate commercial property manager an excellent opportunity to grow and advance.

It is a requirement of this position that the Property Manager should attend to all aspects of administrative, financial and operational activities arising in respect of the properties under management.

This includes liaising with tenants, service providers, contractors and property owners, the preparation of lease offers & lease agreements, capturing of property, tenant & lease details on the Company’s property management system (‘MDA’), debtor and creditor accounts administration (including local authority accounts management), utilities management, the updating of data on MDA, property inspections, service provider selection, procurement & contracting and reactive & proactive property maintenance management.

You will supervise service providers, building staff and junior property managers whilst dealing with
property owners, directors, tenants and the property regional manager. You will need to be au fait with lease administrations, vacancies, queries & recons, all operational and admin matters, take-on and handovers.

You will also need to be involved with financial issues, management reports and budgets. You will preferably have a University degree, your own transport and be willing to work outside office hours.

If you have a customer-focused attitude, maintain a high level of sensitivity to clients and tenants needs, have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organisational skills, numeracy and financial abilities and are fully computer literate and a thorough knowledge of the MDA property management system, then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
