Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and hiring on behalf of a Well-respected financial planning and wealth management organisation and in search of a Professional Sales Consultant with previous Commercial insurance experience.

Requirements:
Completed RE5 or higher
2+ years relevant experience
MS Office suite

Responsibilities:
360 Sales process from quote generation to finalising the business transaction; telephonically and face to face; while adhering to the quality standards set by the company
New Business development as well as up selling to existing clients
Sourcing new leads for both personal lines and commercial short-term insurance as well as cross selling of all products offered by the company
Handling client queries in a professional and speedy manner
Contacting referrals, completing quotes, following up on said quotes and finalising the business transaction
Liaising with Broker Consultants from various insurance companies
Credit Control – Phoning clients who are in arrears and sorting out problems
Adding benefits to existing policies
Ensure that all administration is accurate and up to date (physical paperwork as well as various systems)
