Our well know commercial vehicle dealer client based in Johannesburg currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor.

The position will suite someone with at least 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry.

• Matric
• Post matric qualification in costing or similar will be an advantage
• Communicating with customers to determine repair faults and discuss repair solutions
• Communicating with Workshop Foreman to determine repair solutions
• Effective and efficient management of work in progress
• Carry out Standby procedures to control breakdowns including after hours
• Update the MAN VOR daily
• Access MAN systems to determine Warranty and R&M
• Complete all job card processes
• Must be willing to perform general admin duties when required
• Fully computer literate
• Advanced in excel
• Experience in Embrace
