• Liaise closely with the cluster and Group Marketing Department in the creation of all Company communications.
• Generate content, edits and copy writes as required for the business which could include marketing and financial communications, client letters, invitations, client presentations, conferences and employee events, newsletters, etc.
• Develop annual communications strategy for the business using various forms of media channels.
• Assist in writing and editing of the quarterly business Review Reports.
• Coordinating and preparing of CEO staff quarterly feedback presentations.
• Research and monitor company brand’s health performance and the impact of communication and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and manage the creation of organization’s websites and its maintenance and design a customer feedback capability in respect of internal communications service delivery.
• Coach the company representatives to the press and public including business continuity events.
• Field and direct responses to all media-related inquiries.
• Research and write copy for corporate promotional materials.
• Develops contacts and relationships with media representatives to create opportunities for keeping the company and its products and services on top of mind.
• Develops, co-ordinates and directs public relations and communications for the company.
• Plans and implements company’s public relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the company and its products or services.
• Advises management on community relations projects and activities.

• Marketing Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications function
• Up to date knowledge and business insight with regards to area of specialisation
• Strong track record and specialist knowledge of communication practices is non-negotiable and within the investments industry is preferable
• Project planning and management
• Excellent writing, editing and oral communication skills
• Ability to upskill team members. m20.7s
