Company Secretary - Legal -( Salt River) Cape Town
• Matric with a legal or commercial qualification is required
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role within a registered company environment is essential
• Comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of:
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) processes
Corporate Governance and King IV
Practical Working knowledge and understanding of:
• Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)
• Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook (Preference will be given to candidates with intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
• Sound business acumen is required
