Compensation & Benefits Administrator

We are urgently recruiting for a highly experienced Rewards / Compensation & Benefits Administrator for a multinational company in Gauteng.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Coordinate job grading and salary benchmarking for the region
• Review inflation within the various countries
• Review and benchmark benefits packages
• Annual Salary Review (ASR) coordination
• Assist with implementation of new expatriate global policy
• Harmonize and benchmark employee benefits such as: special leave entitlement, social security benefits, insurances, pension, etc


You will possess the following Skills & Experience
• Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology or C&B or related
• GRP preferred
• At least 6 - 7 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources of which at least 3+ years should be in the specific field of expertise (Rewards / Compensation & Benefits / Payroll)
• Knowledge of legislative acts and prescripts relating to Compensation and Benefits principles and behaviours
• Strong understanding of the Supply Chain business and knowledge of operations is preferred
• Good influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
• Proficient with NBC, BCEA, PAYE and UIF Acts/Legislation
• SARA Membership preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
