The Role

Reporting to our Associate Director - Compensation and Benefits, you will be part of the Payroll and Benefits team who are going through some exciting transformation in a newly created role. This is an operational and strategic role within a matrix environment to design and deliver Compensation & Benefits programmes in addition to successful execution of payrolls in EMEA region partnering with the wider HR team, Finance, Senior Stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

? Be the subject matter expert in relation to Compensation & Benefits
? Benchmark benefits to ensure appropriate positioning in market whilst achieving global harmonisation where possible by developing cost effective recommendations
? Lead benefit due diligence for various projects such as mergers & acquisitions, supporting key
stakeholders to ensure full comparisons are made and any issues/risks are highlighted
? Experience and knowledge to develop timely, cost effective and innovative solutions in response
to business needs aligned with HR strategy
? Operational ownership of day-to-day Compensation and Benefits plans in operation

Payroll:

? Responsible for payroll audits, tax and legislative reporting for relevant jurisdictions
? Carry out Gender Pay Gap reporting
? Manage and complete annual salary survey submissions
? Monitor legislative and legal changes affecting Compensation and Benefits
? Manage the payroll delivery for selective jurisdictions within EMEA regions
? Identify and implement payroll efficienciesAnnual Reviews
? Supporting the Associate Director with managing the annual salary and bonus review processes globally, liaising with local HR teams, Country/ Product Heads and Executive Committee within tight deadlines

Share Scheme Management:

? Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the global long-term incentive plans
? Play an active role in multiple vesting schedules
? Update plans and plan documentation in line with legislation and business requirements
? Actively deal with any queries with regards to share scheme plans working alongside external

Strategy:
? Assist with the creation and implementation of a global Compensation and Benefits strategy
? Ensure that PLC requirements are met by providing full support to Associate Director
? Support with meeting RemCo deliverables in a timely manner
? Developing a global framework and rationale for our rewards offering including executive reward structures

Skills/ Experience Required:

? Broad experience of operating Global Compensation & Benefits schemes
? Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail
? Strong vendor management skills; managing contracts and collaboration with internal stakeholders
? Familiar with administering Global Share Schemes
? People management experience
? Exposure to complex projects with the ability to support with design and implementations
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
? Demonstrate hands on experience operating in a complex business and matrix environment
? Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to data model and present the data to senior management
to make informed decisions using PowerPoint
