A leading construction company in Paarl that specializes in high end-residential buildings wants to appoint a Construction Foreman/Junior Project Manager who will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate should be able to liaise and direct subcontractors on a daily basis, should have the tact and interpersonal relations skills to handle difficult situations, be able to oversee and manage the complete project from start to finish, be able meet deadlines without compromising quality of workmanship and overspending the set project budget. A relevant tertiary qualification in construction and a valid driver’s license is required. At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the construction of high-end residential houses.
