Experience Construction Manager required for contractor specialising in high end luxury residential . The applicant should have at least 12 years project experience , a qualification would be an advantage. Must have relevant experience on large luxury homes , taking responsibility for liaising with clients , professional teams , local authorities as well as total sub contractor , supplier and site personnel management.

Managing programming , budgets , contractual aspects , meetings , production , liaising with company QS , resource management , assuring a quality product is produced on time and within budget.
