HERA Projects, Robusta Projects and SSICT Solutions are partners aiming to supply a turnkey solution for complexes and residential estates, based on real business needs and listening to prospects.
The partnership offers secure and trustworthy construction, electrical, electronic and ICT services for complexes, residential estates and businesses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers for each department
• Focusing sales efforts by studying and understanding the existing and potential volume of the departments.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results of sales meetings.
• Undertakes background research to gather information on the customer’s business, segment and financial situation ensuring that deals are most likely to be approved by the appropriate Credit & Risk Committee

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum Matric/ Grade 12 required
• 5 years' experience in a sales position including new business development preferred
• Knowledge of the construction/ property industry
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• Bi-lingual English/Afrikaans
• Own vehicle with Code B license (fuel for business duties will be CTC)
