Our consultants are an essential part of our dedicated Outbound Sales Team within our Contact Centre.
Maximising all sales and revenue opportunities, you will speak to new and existing customers over the phone, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of engagement and service from the moment they start talking to you. You will add real value to the customer's life via our range of products and services, delivering a fantastic experience for our customers whilst achieving your individual targets and goals!

We are looking for results driven self-starters who are able to build up extensive product knowledge in order to confidently sell our services, along with ancillary and insurance products that best suit our customer's needs. Excellent customer service and sales skills and a friendly telephone manner are essential along with experience of achieving monthly sales goals, ideally within a contact centre or sales environment. Proven experience of cross and up selling to customers over the phone is advantageous, ideally gained within an outbound call environment.

You will initially attend our Product knowledge training programme with one of our leading trainers. Training will be a mixture of theoretical and practical training.
