RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and coordinate all operational functions within the Contact Centre Drive a positive customer experience Provide leadership and guidance to the team within the 124 Contact Centre Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements: Matric is a must! Diploma in Business or Health Management is essential Degree in Business Management (Desired) Certificate in Call Centre Management (Desired) 5 years Contact Centre experience, preferably in Health Care environment 3 years managerial, coaching /mentoring experience is a must. CAD system EMS environment Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook / MS360 /WebFleet
