CONTENT DEVELOPER (Fixed term contract – 1 yr)

Leading Pharmaceutical Company seeks a suitably qualified / experienced Content Developer to join their dynamic team on a 1 year fixed term contact basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the Company’s content both internally and externally to achieve business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
• BSc degree in Journalism, public relations or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Content Developer / Copy Writer required
• Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Proven Professional knowledge and skills of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience in developing and maintaining social media content plans (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Effective work management skills (Planning and Organizing)
• Creativity and Innovation
• Excellent written communication skills (English)
• Ability to work collaboratively and build interpersonal relationships
Duties / Responsibilities will include:
• Assist Corporate Communications Manager with developing an editorial calendar and ensure relevant stakeholders such as Marketing, Human Resources and Executive team are on board
• Create and publish engaging Public Relations content in line the Corporate Communication strategy both internally and externally focused
• Assist with writing, editing, proofreading and improving posts
• Collaborate with Marketing and the Digital team to plan and develop content for social media, website, intranet and any other Marketing platforms as required
• Assist digital with uploading content to digital platforms
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Use content management systems to analyze and improve website traffic and user engagement metrics – monthly reporting sessions with Communications Manager, Digital team and Marketing Executive
• Liaise with Corporate Communications Manager and Marketing Executive to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection) as well as Marketing Code by driving all content through internal regulatory approval process
• Prepare all internal and external content for sign off with the regulatory department
• Assist with arrangement and CPD accreditation of annual Company symposium
• Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention both internally and externally
External
• Prepare all media releases for sign off process by Corporate Communications Manager and Regulatory
• Coordinate bi-monthly media releases as directed by the Corporate Communications Manager
• Develop and maintain social media content plans (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Develop quarterly opinion pieces and monthly LinkedIn content plan for Senior leaders and subject matter experts of Company
• Develop and coordinate bi-monthly blogpost and digital content for Company and consumer value add initiatives
Internal
• Upload and manage Company’s Intranet content including divisional highlights, internal announcements, news section etc.
• Assist with overseeing 3rd party providers and follow ups
• General administrative support to Corporate Affairs manager such as maintain trackers, invoice management, promotional material etc.
