Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering.
Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial building.
Must have a strong legal and contractual background.
Must have a strong contractual management experience (SANRAL & FIDIC Contracts).
Must be Computer Literate in Microsoft functions.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
