We require the services of an enthusiastic and proactive Security Control Room Administrator to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment.

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support within our Control Room.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Matric

Experience in loading contracts and invoices

Listener System experience will be advantageous

Previous administrative experience


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Computer Literacy (MS Office)

Computerised Accounting package – Pastel (Advantageous)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)

Ability to multitask

Ability to handle pressure

Good customer care skills

Planning & Organisational skills


GENERAL:

RSA citizen

Clear criminal record
