Convenience Store Admin Assistant
The responsibilities outlined below are indicative and are subject to change;
-Place orders, receiving/issuing stock, merchandising, manage expired stock and stock take
-Capture invoices, credit notes and payments
-Ensure quality control standards are met and liaise with customers
-Maintenance of store plan and updating of quarterly in-store promotions
-Updating cost and selling prices
-Ensuring correct price labels are on products and stock pressure is maintained

Skills:
Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
Customer orientated and flexible.
Qualification :
Minimum Grade 12 and a certificate in Office Administration would be an advantage
Experience: 2-3 years retail experience.
Ability to work shifts.

Salary R 5 000 - R 6 500 negotiable
(dependant on skills and qualifications)
