Job description:

The Conversion Administrator is responsible for accurate and timeous capturing of conversion business and underwriting data received from brokers.

Responsibilities:
• Capturing of conversion business and underwriting data and amendment/activities
• Conducting full quality checks on conversion policies loaded
• Generating policy schedules
• Assisting with ad hoc requests
• Attending to and resolving queries

Skill sets required:
• Matric
• NQF Level 4 – Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation
• Regulatory Examination Level1 successfully completed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in personal and commercial lines within the insurance industry
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data capturing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail orientated
• Quality orientated
• Good administrative and organising skills
