Responsibilities:

1. Convert hot leads into sales.

2. Contact (+/-) 250 leads per day.

3. Offer product/services to potential clients.

4. Respond to clients’ questions in a timeously manner.

5. Be proactive by following up on initial contacts.

6. Identify and overcome objections.

7. Obtain client information through KYC.

8. Be responsible for meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

1. Matric/equivalent

2. Six (6) months proven work experience in the relevant industry - sales consultant / face-face promotions / debt collecting / customer service/ retail or telesales consultant.

3. Must be computer literate.

4. Knowledge of CRM systems.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills.

6. Be Articulate in speech. (Clear neutral accent – non-negotiable)

7. Own reliable transport.

8. Must be able to work shifts. (non-negotiable)

9. Must not have worked for more than 3 companies. (No job-hoppers)

Remuneration: Basic + benefits
