Job description:

The Conversion Team Leader will be responsible for the executing of all the conversions, tracking all relevant processes and QA.

Responsibilities:
• Draw up and updating project plan
• Make sure full quality checks on conversion policies loaded were done.
• Controlling workload of team members
• Assisting with ad hoc requests
• Attending to and resolving queries
• Liaise with IT on activations and letters.

Skill sets required:
• Grade 12
• Regulatory Examination level 1 (Representatives) – RE 5
• Full NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience within the insurance industry
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data capturing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail orientated
• Quality orientated
• Good administrative and organising skills
• Good leadership
