The ability to work independently from bond inception (receipt of instructions) through to lodgement,
registration, final calculations phase required. A minimum of 6 years working within a mid to large tier legal firm, working
with high volumes, essential to secure. E4, LexisConvey literacy, Matric and Conveyancing
Paralegal Certificate are essential to secure.
