Urgent FTC exists within friendly, established group of attorneys for an experienced Bond Secretary (FNB and/or Standard Banks) Requirements: Possessing solid knowledge and practical experience processing bond registrations working from downloading of initial bond instructions through to lodgement and registrations, final account stage. E4, LexisConvey, Stordoc experience and knowledge of current bank compliance regulations essential. Matric, Paralegal Diploma and a minimum of 5 years Conveyancing Bond Registration experience essential. Start ASAP
