R18,000 – R20,000 CTC (depending experience)
Minimum requirements:
? Matric;
? 5+ years Conveyancing secretary experience advantageous;
? Legal secretary/paralegal/conveyancing qualification advantageous;
? Experience transfers (residential and commercial), bond cancellation and bonds;
? Knowledge all MS packages;
? Experience different bank sites eg. ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank advantageous;
? Experience Conveyancing packages eg. Stordoc, Webconvey and Ghostconvey advantageous
