A dynamic Manufacturing Company seeks a suitably qualified /experienced Coordinator for their dynamic Graphic Design team.
 
Allocate and coordinate the day to day operations of the Graphic Design department.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND ROLE OUTPUT:
Grade 12
Relevant Marketing / Graphic Design Qualification
Min 3 years’ experience in managing a team
Min 5 years experience in Graphic design in the FMCG environment
Attention to detail and ability to take designs from conception through to print.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design
Adobe Design Premium software/web design is ESSENTIAL

Job Description
Coordinate Social Media amongst Brand Managers
Monthly status updates
Design Packaging and gifting
Deliver on design briefs
Be actively involved in Design activities
Manage leave schedule of team
Approve leave requests on ESS
Provide support and coaching to team members
Act as Point of entry between the team and Executive members
Ensure that team members are informed about relevant matters
Coordinate work of all team members and ensure equal distribution of work
Manage the capacity of the team
Ensure that all briefing documents have been captured on the tracking system on a daily basis.
Follow up and track daily.
Manage SLA with various Stakeholders
Time management and tracing of all assignments
Communication with stakeholders
Manage the productivity of the team on a daily basis
Flag all the reverts
Negotiate and discuss briefing document with relevant Line Manager
Capture agreed briefing document onto the tracking system
Allocate assignments to relevant Designer via the tracking system
Track workflow of Designers daily
Provide feedback and progress to Line Manager timeously
Agree on extension on due dates timeously if needed
