Job Requirements:

Electrical or Mechanical engineer Master's degree with additional education in food processing
Minimum 15 years experience in factory engineering, projects, and maintenance
Significant experience in Sub-Saharan Africa

Supervision of CAPEX projects
Leading CAPEX projects (upon requests from the business)
Cross-fertilization by driving the best engineering and maintenance practices across the company (SHE, M&R, Assets Capability Building (Cross-fertilisation, People, Training)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES
Strong in project management (PMI Certified Project Manager)
Mechanical and Hygienic engineering knowledge
Food processing and food equipment knowledge
International Standards on Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Systems, and Hygienic Engineering
Ability to implement, sustain, improve and ensure compliance with people and food safety regulations
Competence in maintenance methodologies and asset care
Strong proficiency in MS Office
