Training Developer (Contract)

Seeking an education professional with knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

In this role you will develop and conduct work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills as well as organisational performance.

You will meet the following minimum requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Education or Training (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practices)
• Knowledge / experience with computer based training software - SAP Enable Now-Producer
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in education and training
• Solid knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Highly computer literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint)

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, or customer representatives.
• Designing and developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Designing and developing E-Learning, training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Determining operational compliance with regulations or standards.
• Evaluating programme effectiveness
