COST CONSULTANT WITH LEGAL DEGREE AND RIGHT OF APPEARANCE IN THE HIGH COURT

Essential requirements:
Legal degree.
Right of appearance.
+- 3 years legal cost consultant experience advantageous

Objectives and Responsibilities:
Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs.
Attending taxation of bills of costs in the Magistrates Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court and Labour Court.
Opposing bills of costs.
Settling bills of costs.
Taxing bills of costs.
