Our luxury automotive dealer client based at the Glen is looking to employ an experienced costing Clerk.
Must have worked on the Pinnacle programe.
Salary R14 000.00 plus the company pays medical aid 50%.

Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure that the administration related to the service department is updated and accurate.
To ensure that the warranty administration related to the service department is updated and accurate.
Main Job Functions:
Process warranty claims accurately on a daily basis
Ensure vehicles under warranty is registered on the warranty system.
Check age analysis
Compile necessary reports and assist with service administration
Check warranty in progress daily
Check job cards on a daily basis
Process invoices for outwork accurately and timeously
Quotations, when necessary
Correct labour costs to be allocated to repair costs
Correct errors in warranty claims, when necessary
Do general costing accurately
Track debtors
Attend to queries and corrections
Banking
Track outstanding cash
Do job card reversals
Motorplan claims
Debtors and cash control

Experience:
Pinnacle
Previous Costing /Warranty Clerk experience essential
