One of our large manufacturing clients based in Centurion is currently looking for a Counter Sales Consultant with experience in Flat Glass/Motor Glass to start as soon as possible. Bonus if candidate has experience in aluminium/steel industry as well.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Requirements:
Matric
At least 3 years’ experience in glass/aluminium industry as counter sales
Own transport & valid unendorsed license
Must be computer literate
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English, read, write, speak)

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Quotations: Telephonic and written
In depth knowledge of all the products of the company (windscreens, glass panels etc.)
Orders, invoicing and dispatching.
Control petty cash
Determine merchandise required by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order.
Create sales order.
Select appropriate merchandise from stock.
Receive payment or obtain credit information.
Properly prepare merchandise for customer transportation.
Maintain counter area displays of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner.
Backup inside sales desk.
Assist and resolve customer complaints.
Allocate employees to do repair work, picking up tenders, material and deliveries.
To ensure cutters inside the factory cut according to orders.
