Job Description

Manage various parts of the sales and distribution of products and continuous building of the company’s brand
Manage all aspects of operations in Botswana
Ensure business is always running smoothly and adheres to country laws and policies
Liaise with Head Office to report on progress, marketing and sales and act as the company’s representative in Botswana
Oversee and coordinate staff, sales and projects
Create policies and goals to establish standard procedures aligned within the organisations standards and mission
Network and develop lasting professional relationships
Create and present reports with regards to budgets, sales, business leads on a regular basis
Responsible for all targets to be met
Create an annual operating plan for Botswana
Research the market and keep updated at all times
Must have a full understanding of all product ranges
Laise and plan on how to best offer the company’s product line in Botswana
Update and adapt the business model to maintain relevance

Minimum Requirements

Financial Degree & solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning
5 years exp in a Management position
Knowledge and exp within the cellular sector will be advantageous
Exp working on an international scale and regional expertise will be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of Business Operations
Able to recruit and manage staff
Valid drivers license
