Your key job responsibilities as the Country Manager in Maputo, Mozambique:

- Build, organize and manage the senior management team
- Improve current reporting structures for the ops teams to middle management and upwards to senior management
- Define and optimize the channel strategy
- Further develop the main functions in line with the growth strategy of the company: Sales operations, technical operations, customer care and debt collection, CRM, marketing and HR
- Develop and build a world class team that knows how to operate in difficult circumstances
- Understand the importance of quality of sales: the customer journey for years to come needs to be on your radar
- Develop a 10 year customer life cycle with the team
- Define a few but strong KPI’s for each department in line with the company strategy
- Draw up the quarterly and yearly plans

Requirements for this Country Manager job in Maputo, Mozambique:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a business to consumer and/or consumer finance environment
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of Italian/French/Spanish is highly advantageous
- Service oriented: improving the lives of our customer is and will be their main objective and this should excite you
