RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess the worthiness of applicants (mortgage and other credit products) by undertaking detailed risk assessment analysis
Ensure that procedures and decisions comply with credit policy, regulations and best practice standards
Motivate and support decisions through the analysis of financial information
Provide quality service to internal customers
Liaise with other stakeholders within the company
Staying abreast with Legal, compliance and market
Provide regular feedback on the submission of loan applications to manage

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

B.Com Degree or relevant business degree
2 Years’ experience in Credit Underwriting
Banking / Financial Services Experience
Good interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent Time Management
Attention to detail and strong proven credit/financial analytical skills including property valuations
