MAIN PURPOSE
Full credit control function on a portfolio of local debtors including a wide spectrum of customers.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Matric
Relevant courses / certificates will be advantageous
2-5 years experience in Debtors / Credit Controller
Computer literacy - MS office and Syspro (minimum requirement)
Experience in the mining and construction industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily telephonic collecting and follow ups
Internal and external query resolutions and handling of all account queries
Timeous hand over of accounts to collection agents
Allocation of Payments
Processing of Credit Notes
Mailing of Statements and Invoices and Supporting Documentation
Liaising with the internal sales departments and external sales force
Assist in all areas with the credit control department when and as required
