Credit Management Trainee – Bedfordview
R500 000 CTC
Duties:
• Execute the Credit strategy for company, ensuring its relevance to the marketplace and continual alignment to changing market conditions.
• Drive continuous alignment and communication within all functions i.e. Sales, Logistics and Credit.
• Monitoring of overall debtors’ book status (National, Regional and LDPs) to identify gaps and define corrective actions.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective processes that facilitate the delivery of customer service excellence.
• Identify key issues and partner with key internal stakeholders, external customers and 3rd party service provider (Genpact) to formulate corrective plans.
• Provide information for effective decision making aligned to Chart of Authority
Requirements:
• BComm or relevant Finance degree
• BComm Honours would be an advantage
• 2-3 years Finance experience at a management level
• Credit experience would be an advantage
