Our client requires the service of a Creditors & Revenue Controller who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Revenue Function within the Cargo Business and to provide a support structure to all role players within the African network.

Key performance areas:

? Manage and oversee the Revenue Function within the Cargo Business and to provide a support structure to all role players within the African network.
? Maintain complete and proper records of Revenue and Debtors and ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial information
? Perform and manage full debtors control function
? Perform revenue billing
? Manage Hermes and interface between Hermes and general ledger
? Perform reconciliations
? Prepare revenue analysis
? Forecast and budget preparation for revenue and submission on Hyperion
? Assist in year-end audit
? Monitor client contracts
? Do intercompany invoices
? Implement and maintain internal controls
? Ad hoc projects
? Liaise with customers

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant financial qualification or sufficient relevant experience
? Proven proficiency / experience with Excel (with specific reference to formulas)
? Hermes and Hyperion experience will be advantageous
? Attention to detail and analytical skills
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Quick learner, willingness to learn, self-motivated and pro-active
? Support and influence relevant stake holders
