- Extensive lending/ broker/ finance support experience, preferably from credit assessment, including exposure to finance applications, submissions and settlements
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate and prioritise as appropriate, based on situation
- A high degree of competency in computer and web applications
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; including a strong and fluent command of English
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Exposure to the lending market is essential
- Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma is essential
