A company based in Jet Park - East Rand - Johannesburg is looking for an Experienced Creditors | Cashbook Clerk.
Salary - R12 000 - R15 000 CTC
Responsibilities:
•Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments;
•Reconcile purchase orders to invoices;
•Ensure invoices are accurately captured
•Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance
•Ensure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid;
•Respond to all queries relating to payments;
•Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers;
Requirements
•Must have 3 - 5 years Creditors Clerk Experience
•Cashbook Clerk Experience
•Good Time management skills
•Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
•Clear criminal record & ITC
•Traceable references.
