Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Creditors Clerk from the Manufacturing industry. Experience in a finance department and a large, high pressurised environment essential. This position is based in Alberton, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is an equity appointment as per our client’s request.

? To ensure that bank related transactions are processed accurately and timeously.
? Adhere to internal controls and provide general assistance to branches in this regard.

Duties:
The individual in this role will assist with the following functions:
• Creditors payments and reconciliations
• Match GRN for Term Supplier to invoices – Stock Job only - Supplier Module
• Reconciliation Term Supplier statement to the system in preparation for payments
• Load Term Supplier due onto payment module
• Filing of Term Supplier
• Business support
• Adhoc duties

Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education / training and experience required for this position:

• Grade 12 / Tertiary
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creditors position in a Manufacturing environment
• Own transport, able to work extended hours if necessary
• Computer literacy in MS Outlook, advanced Excel.
• Syspro experience an advantage
