Our well-established automotive dealer client based in Centurion is looking to employ a Creditors Clerk with motor retail dealership experience.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ finance experience in same or similar roles.
Must have Kerridge Autoline experience
Deadline driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Must have motor retail dealership finance experience.
Must have Excel Skills

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Check and balance daily banking (from service & parts)
2. Bank reconciliation – daily
3. Ensure that age analysis on creditors is controlled and managed
4. Open new creditor accounts / after all checks was done
5. Pettycash : control and reconcile
6. Sort and Deliver post
7. Ensure GRN is clean and all invoices processed
8. Ensure that all reconciliations are done and load payments on time.
9. File invoices and recons
10. General Filing.
11. Assist Financial Manager, when required to do so.
12. Ad hoc assignments
