Position: Creditors Clerk
Type: Permanent
Location: Uitenhage
Remuneration: Commensurate with Experience & Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar role
• Pastel experience essential
• Extensive Creditors experience preferred
• Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
• Be able to take initiative and work independently after training has been given.
• Maintain Purchase Order system on Pastel
• Process Creditor Invoices/credit notes/ adjustments
• Resolution of any creditor account queries
• Monthly reconciliation of creditor accounts
• Various analytical reports and ad hoc requests from management.
