CREDITORS CLERK

We have an opportunity for a young dynamic Creditors Clerk reporting directly to the financial manager to join our team. This position is based in Augrabies, Northern Cape

Duties include but not limited to:

• Full creditors control function
• Checking accuracy of creditors invoices
• Processing creditors invoices
• Reconciliation of creditors statements
• Preparation of summary of creditor’s payments to be made
• Liaising with financial manager and finance department to resolve any outstanding information
• Preparation for payments and loading these payments on electronic banking for release
• Support with annual financial audit
• Support financial manager with general inquires and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• A high level of professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/time constraints.
• Be able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise, professional, tactful, diplomatic and sincere manner on all levels.
• Minimum education: Grade 12
• Finance or Accounting qualification will be advantageous
• 2- 3 years Creditors experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and Pastel Evolution
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license
