Kontak Recruitment is sourcing CRM and Direct Marketing Manager with previous industry experience in either the investment or finance sectors or have successfully managed a similar role in a corporate environment, with a global footprint.
The role encompasses three main facets:
Design and implement, strategic email campaigns to attract, revive and retain clients
Utilize CRM data insight to craft campaigns for various regions, globally
Maintaining the marketing dashboard
The successful candidate will form part of a diverse marketing team who are inclusive, supportive and dedicated to reaching departmental milestones.
The ideal candidate should consider themselves an analytical problem solver with excellent attention to detail, organized, deadline-driven, proactive, self-motivated and have a solution-driven and knowledge sharing approach.
Suitably qualified within Business, Marketing, Sales or Communication
Minimum of 4 years of experience within a similar role
Expert CRM skills, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficient in data manipulation within Excel
HTML knowledge is preferred
Impeccable grammar, writing skills and a deep understanding of direct vs. indirect email copy
Duties and Responsibilities:
The job purpose is to manage all CRM data analysis and reporting, manage all lead, contact, opportunity accuracy and verifications within the CRM and work closely with the Group Marketing team to identify email audiences, grow the email list as well as conceptualize, implement and report on direct email marketing campaigns that drive sales.
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements and establish best practices.
Maintain email database.
Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies (GDPR).
Ensure prompt, accurate and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes.
CRM – Management, Analysis and Reporting
Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
Solid understanding of the sales and marketing life cycle.
Work with Group Marketing to develop and maintain the Marketing Performance Dashboard.
Deliver frequent reports and analytics as requested.
Provide accurate and insightful analysis on CRM performance.
Be the ‘go to’ data person when the Group has questions about commercial performance, customer behaviour or the impact of marketing.
Work with internal and external partners to ensure all relevant data is accurate and up to date.
Ensure data completeness and accuracy throughout the CRM.
Improve data accuracy standard locally and in over 35 global offices
