We're seeking an experienced "CUSTOMER CARE SALES AGENTS" - 12 Month Contract - TO BE BASED ONSITE - Western Cape (WOODSTOCK)- deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction. First point of contact to customers in the US and Canada, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.
Shifts / Working Hours
Earliest start time is 2pm, and the last shift ends at 8am
Able and willing to work in a rotational night shifted environment- 24/7/365.
Predominantly night work as per the United States times and client requirements.
Transport during unsociable hours provided free. (to be defined please)
9-hour shifts (of which 8 hours paid) between 11am and 9am
5 days on 2 days off (not consecutive)
With the potential of the environment including another shift option at a later stage
4 days on 3 days off (not consecutive)

*Upsell and Cross-sell
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric/NQF Level 4
Grade 11 to be considered with management approval.
2 months sales experience in an upsell / cross-sell environment
Typing Speed 25wpm/80%
Ability to navigate the internet
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
CEFR Level B2 English proficiency
