Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Tracking and reporting customer queries and trends
• Communicating with customers ad internal stakeholders to ensure a satisfying customer experience
Use E-commerce systems to liaise with customers and resolve queries

Qualifications and other requirements:
• Grade 12/ A relevant qualification
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A Retail/ FMCG background is
advantageous
• Comfortable with online systems
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
