Our client, in the agricultural industry, requires the services of a Customer Quotation Administrator/ Junior Draughtsman who will be responsible for producing accurate quotes for the projects.

Key performance areas:

? Assisting the Sales team with quoting customers
? Improve our quote template to accurately quote customers
? Timeously and accurately complete quotes for customers
? Ensure quotes are checked and approved by the Head of Sales
? Developing 3D SolidWorks model as per project requirements
? Coordinate with Research and development team to develop quoting system
? Ensure work is maintained at an agreed service level
? Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor

The successful candidate must have:

? Must have Matric
? A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
? Must have AutoCAD experience
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel – Advanced)
? Meticulous work ethic
? Operational knowledge of AutoCad
? Good knowledge of construction and design principles
? Ability to thrive under pressure
? Competent mathematical skills
? Willingness to learn
? Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time
? Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
? Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time
? Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues
