Customer Relations Officer (Motor Dealership) – Western Cape, Southern Suburbs
R9000 – R10 500 + benefits

This is a great opportunity to join an established motor dealership. Our client is looking for an experienced motor industry CRM who will be on the front line for all customer relations. You will be responsible inbound and outbound CSI calls, updating customer records, handling queries, problem solving and monitoring social media queries. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that you have previous motor dealership experience and have worked in a similar role. Working knowledge of Kerridge or Automate is required.
